Методика оптимизации интегрированных бизнес-процессов оказания электронных государственных услуг

Abstract

В статье предложена методика оптимизации интегрированных бизнес-процессов оказания электронных государственных услуг на примере бизнес–процесса «Получение кадастрового паспорта земельного участка со сменой категории землепользования».

The paper proposed a method for optimization of integrated business processes providing electronic public services for example business process "Getting the cadastral passport of land with the change of land use category".
