The article deals with the evolutionary nature of the process of national agricultural business shaping. It was found that the process of shaping is one of the main tools encouraging the improvement of the economic mechanism of the agro-industrial complex. The authors distinguish the stages of the process and describe their specific features. It is concluded that each stage has clearly and objectively determined degrees of freedom of organizational transformation in the agro-industrial complex. The research findings allow to use the domestic experience of shaping the forms of agricultural business, to predict the development of promising economic forms.

В статье раскрыт эволюционный характер процесса формообразования отечественного агропромышленного производства. Установлено, что процесс формообразования является одним из главных инструментов, стимулирующих совершенствование хозяйственного механизма АПК. Выделены этапы этого процесса и раскрыты их особенности. Сделан вывод о наличии на каждом этапе четко и объективно обусловленных степеней свободы организационных трансформаций в АПК. Материалы статьи позволяют использовать отечественный опыт формообразования агропромышленного производства, прогнозировать развитие перспективных форм хозяйствования.
