Abstract

The article deals with the problem of training social and cultural sphere, implementation needs of the individual to self-determination and self-knowledge through a cultural space and through a subject-subject interaction in the communicative activity. The process of self-determination and self-discovery occurs continuously throughout life. The author examines lifelong learning as an integrative, ect. Through the prism of general and vocational development of personality. Continuing education is conceived as a necessary condition for self-improvement, growth of the educational potential of the individual and society as a whole, as the ability to adapt to market relations, as an environment in which most effectively formed professional skills, determining a conscious human involvement in the educational process in different periods of life.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы подготовки специалистов социально-культурной сферы, реализации потребности личности в самоопределении и самопознании через пространство культуры и посредством субъект-субъектных взаимодействий в коммуникативной деятельности. Процесс самоопределения и самопознания происходит непрерывно в течение жизни. Автор рассматривает непрерывное образование как интегративное, т.е. через призму общего и профессионального развития личности. Непрерывное образование рассматривается нами как необходимое условие самосовершенствования, роста образовательного потенциала личности и общества в целом, как способность к адаптации к рыночным отношениям, как среда, в которой наиболее эффективно формируется профессиональное мастерство, определяющее сознательное участие человека в образовательном процессе в разные периоды жизни.
