Роль критического мышления в формировании профессиональной компетентности будущего юриста

Abstract

The article is concerned with the meaning of critical thinking, its role in the development of a future lawyer's professional competence. Three historical stages of the researches of the critical thinking are presented in the article. The concept of critical thinking is considered from different points of view; its main characteristics are described. The examples of educational technologies oriented on the critical thinking development are observed.

В статье раскрывается значение критического мышления, его роль в формировании профессиональной компетентности будущего юриста. Представлены три исторических этапа исследований критического мышления. Понятие критического мышления рассматривается с различных позиций; описаны его главные характеристики. Приведены примеры образовательных технологий, направленных на развитие критического мышления.
