Разработка индивидуальной траектории творческого саморазвития курсанта на основе ресурсного подхода

Abstract

The paper substantiates the necessity to take into account cadets' individual resources for successful realization of the educational process in a military higher educational establishment. The structure of internal resources, interrelation of base and generated resources in the educational process is considered. The principles used for construction of an individual trajectory of cadets' creative self-development are defined.

В статье обоснована необходимость учета индивидуальных ресурсов курсантов для успешного осуществления процесса учения в военном вузе. Рассмотрена структура внутренних ресурсов, взаимосвязь базовых и генерируемых ресурсов в образовательном процессе. Определены принципы, используемые для построения индивидуальной траектории творческого саморазвития курсанта.
