Abstract

The paper presents the characteristics and patterns of the epidemiological process in telyazioze cattle in the region with well-developed agricultural sector. Materials presented ten observations of seasonal manifestation telyazioznoy invasion in the Tyumen region, the regularities of the disease separate groups of animals. Found that the most infested animal group is young at the age of one year, in which the extent of infestation can reach 52.8%. Observations have shown that the disease occurs most calves malignantly with bilateral eye disease is often the loss of which leads to the culling of animals. The region has recorded two kinds telyazy: Thelazia gulosa, and Th. skrjabin and found that different types of telyazy parasitize animals of different age. Defined economic damage from the disease, expressed as a loss of productivity in the meat of calves black-and-white breed. The data presented in the paper are the rationale for the active preventive measures against telyaziozov.
