
The article shows the necessity of creating of the networking academyas a platform for integrated scientific and methodological support for e-learning education to create comfortable motivation climateto acquire knowledge with the principles of “lifelong education”. the networking academy contributes to professional self-determination, continuous self-education in the context of teaching, research and innovation cluster of continuous pedagogical education.
В статье обоснована актуальность создания сетевой академии как площадки комплексного научно-методического сопровождения педагогики электронного обучения для формирования благоприятного мотивационного климата к получению знаний на принципах «образование черезвсю жизнь».
