Abstract

An innovation approach, which presumes stimulation of the process related to formation of the secondary foreign language speaking personality in schoolchildren on the basis of interested learning of an exotic foreign language under the conditions of organized inter-cultural communication, which is extended at the expense of international cultural integration of schools, is discussed. This approach may become the ground for solving the problems bound up with self-education and self-upbringing of schoolchildren, which cannot be solved by traditional techniques.
