Abstract

В связи с особенностями высшего профессионального образования, получаемого в учебных заведениях МВД России, в статье раскрывается проблема необходимости разработки и принятия специальных нормативно-правовых актов по обширному кругу актуальных вопросов образования. Внимание акцентировано на анализе существующей нормативно-правовой базы, регулирующей высшее профессиональное образование, получаемое в учебных заведениях МВД России, а также на круге вопросов, требующих административно-правового регулирования посредством принятия специальных ведомственных нормативно-правовых актов.

In connection with specific characteristics of the higher professional education in educational institutions of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia the article analyses the problem of necessity to develop and adopt special regulatory legal acts on a wide range of acute issues of education. The attention is drawn to the analyses of existing regulatory framework for higher professional education in educational institutions of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia as well as on a number of issues for which adoption of special subordinate legislation is required.
