Abstract

In the article first discusses the ontogeny and the state of populations of two species of halophilic plants Limonium tomentellum and Galatella linosyris. They were studied in the same habitats Zhmakinsky solonetz. The studied plants react differently to an excess of salts in the soil: L. tomentellum has specialized cells and tissues to remove salts, and G. linosyris rid of them with partial or complete withering away of the above-ground vegetative organs. The degree of multiplicity of ontogenic and status of populations of both plants are dependent on the particular conditions in their places of growth. Kermek pubescence tends to be very warm and saline elements of the microrelief and solonechnik lnolistny to the less saline and well aerated. In general, both species near the northern border area have full population at a fairly well warmed up the slopes of southern exposure.
