Опыт формирования профессиональных и универсальных компетенций выпускников инженерных программ в зарубежных вузах

Abstract

В статье приведен анализ опыта применения в зарубежных вузах образовательных технологий формирования профессиональных и универсальных компетенций выпускников инженерных программ. Особое внимание уделено методам проблемно-ориентированного и проектно-организованного обучения. На основе обобщения зарубежного опыта даны рекомендации по его использованию в отечественных технических университетах. Приводятся сведения об организации и стимулировании инновационной педагогической деятельности преподавателей в Томском политехническом университете.

Paper provides an analysis of foreign universities experience in innovative educational technologies realization for effective development of professional and transferrable competencies of engineering programme graduates. Problem-based and project organized approaches are underlined. Recommendations for Russian engineering universities based on evaluation and summarizing of the foreign experience are elaborated. Experience of Tomsk Polytechnic University in realization and encouraging of innovative pedagogical activities is presented.
