Проблемы организации целевой контрактной подготовки (ЦКП) студентов рассматриваются на примере Сибирского института управления филиала Российской академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте РФ (СибИУ). Обсуждаются пути повышения эффективности использования кадрового потенциала выпускников специалистов в области государственного и муниципального управления.
Problems of education of cadres for governance and management oriented at concrete needs of employers are discussed. The experience of Siberian Institute of Governance and Management (Novosibirsk) in this activity is considered. Ways of enhancing such form of the state and municipal cadres training are suggested.
