Abstract

Public-private partnership (PPP) in Russia is a relatively new form of mediumand long-term interaction between government and business solutions to socially significant problems on mutually beneficial terms. The decision to allow private business to the financing and management of the state order on the terms of the partnership opened a new era in relations between the public and private sectors, and after the victory of the Labour Party, continuing a course political opponents, the PPP has entered a phase of its heyday. This article reflects the main directions of development of public private partnerships and shows the factors contributing to the development of this process in the Russian practice. And also reviewed models and mechanisms for the use of PPP in the Russian economy.
