Abstract

В статье отражены особенности профессиональной направленности, учебной мотивации, карьерных ориентаций и их взаимосвязи у студентов различных факультетов. Указано, что выбор вуза и факультета обусловлен внутренним стремлением вчерашнего школьника к получению конкретной профессии, а также вероятностью поступления именно в данный вуз и на данный факультет. Представлены результаты проведенного экспериментального исследования. В качестве испытуемых выступили студенты старших курсов различных факультетов. Выявлено, что чем выше уровень профессиональной направленности у студентов, тем выше мотивация учения в вузе. Студенты различных факультетов характеризуются доминированием тех карьерных ориентаций, которые соответствуют содержанию их будущей профессиональной деятельности. Профессиональная направленность студентов различных факультетов положительно коррелирует с соответствующими их будущей профессии карьерными ориентациями. Студенты с низкой профессиональной направленностью имеют низкую учебную мотивацию и карьерные ориентации, не соответствующие профилю обучения. Знание карьерных ориентаций позволит человеку лучше определиться в своих профессиональных предпочтениях, что необходимо при выборе факультета и будущей специальности.

The article reflects the characteristics of professional orientation, training, motivation, career orientations and their relationships among the students of different faculties. Pointed out that the choice of University and faculty resulted from an internal desire to yesterday´s pupil in a specific profession, as well as the likely revenue in the University and the faculty. Presented the results of the pilot study. As the subjects were made by senior students of various faculties. Found that the higher the level of professional orientation of students, the higher the motivation of teaching in high school. Students of different faculties are characterized by the domination of those career orientations, which correspond to the contents of their future professional activities. Professional orientation of students of various faculties positively correlates with their future profession career orientations. Students with low professional orientation have low academic motivation and career orientation, which do not conform to the profile. Knowledge of career orientations allow man to better determine their occupational preferences should be in choosing faculty and the future speciality.
