Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы российского школьного правового образования. Автор отмечает необходимость ориентации школьного правового образования на воспитание современного гражданина.

The article deals with immediate problems of legal education in Russian schools. The author points that the main aim of legal education at school should be the upbringing of a true citizen.
