Abstract

The article reviews the regulations governing public-private partnership in the Russian Federation. The author specifies the most common terms in the field of public-private partnership, and particularizes these terms in the context of the health care.

Данная статья посвящена обзору нормативно-правовых актов, регулирующих государственно-частное партнерство в Российской Федерации, уточнению наиболее часто использующихся терминов в данной сфере, их конкретизации применительно к здравоохранению.
