Abstract

Research of 224 persons with normal blood pressure which lasted ten years is carried out. Two groups have been generated: the first consisted of 86 persons with the optimal blood pressure; the second group consisted of 138 persons with «prehypertension» (JNC VII). Traditional risk factors of development of cardiovascular diseases have been studied: age, sex, heart rate, threshold of salt sensitivity, body mass index, lipid a blood spectrum. Other factors have been besides, studied also: formation, character of labour employment, smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity, a heredity on cardiovascular diseases, the marital status. It has been revealed, that at persons with «prehypertension» for all period of research, the clinical arterial hypertension has developed on 22,1% more than at persons with optimal blood pressure. On the basis of data of nonlinear binary logistical regress it is defined, that the most significant risk factors is: heart rate, body mass index, total cholesterol.
