Abstract

The small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises lack own means for updating of machine and tractor park, can’t use the bank credits due to the lack of mortgage property. Economically justified agrarian leasing acts. The reasons of formation of leasing of the restored equipment: tractors, the combines which have settled standard term of depreciation, possess a residual resource; the most provided agricultural producers get new cars, and released offer for sale; the low price in comparison with new equipment; possibility of the organization of after-sale technical maintenance. Perspective directions of leasing of second-hand equipment: increase of reliability, maintainability of cars, organization of their technical maintenance, formation of policy of guarantees; improvement of the organization and technology of restoration of units, knots and details.
