Технологии телеприсутствия – новая креативная платформа развития образования

Abstract

Analysis of the process of pedagogical development of new emerging information environment and the causes of its slow nature compared with the accelerating development of information technology. It is proved that the transition to a new stage of informatization of education, which links by the author of the article with the advent of new communications platforms (those telepresence technologies) opens up new possibilities of development of pedagogically full information environment and the development of education in general. New telecommunications technology not only greatly expand the information resources of the person, but is made available and affordable for every student and teacher work in different cultural environments and spaces, they can become real participants of important social events, can communicate directly with well-known representatives of science, culture, business, management, and etc. Space of education becomes the present space of human development, multi-dimensional and open, which allows a person to participate actually in a joint creative activities, to interact with the creative community that connects people from different points of the planet.

Проведен анализ процесса педагогического освоения новой формирующейся информационной среды и выявлены причины его замедленного характера по сравнению с ускоряющимся развитием информационных технологий. Обосновывается, что переход на новый этап информатизации образования, который автор статьи связывает с появлением новых телекоммуникационных платформ (технологий телеприсутствия) открывает новые возможности педагогически полноценного освоения информационной среды и развития образования в целом. Новые телекоммуникационные технологии существенно расширяют не только информационные ресурсы человека, но делают доступной и возможной для каждого обучающегося и педагога работу в различных культурных средах и пространствах, позволяют стать реальными участниками значимых социальных событий, непосредственно общаться с известными представителями науки, культуры, бизнеса, управления и т.д. Пространство образования становится по-настоящему пространством развития человека, многомерным и открытым, позволяет человеку реально участвовать в совместной творческой деятельности, вступать во взаимодействие с творческими сообществами, объединяющими людей из различных точек нашей планеты.
