Метод сопряженного воздействия в подготовке студентов на занятиях гимнастикой

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы совершенствования методики обучения гимнастическим упражнениям студентов факультета физической культуры и спорта на занятиях гимнастикой. Предложен метод сопряженного воздействия, который, по мнению авторов, должен значительно интенсифицировать учебный процесс, повысив качество выполнения гимнастических упражнений, сократив при этом время формирования специальных умений и навыков.

The article deals with the topical issues of improving the method of teaching to the gymnastic exercises of the students of the physical culture and sports faculty during the gymnastics classes. Suggested method of the conjugate exposure must greatly intensify the learning process according to the authors, increasing the quality of the gymnastic exercises while reducing the time for formation of the special skills.
