Расчет внешней скоростной характеристики двигателя внутреннего сгорания

Abstract

Анализ известных методик расчета внешних скоростных характеристик двигателя внутреннего сгорания, приведенных в литературе, показал, что, как правило, расчетные внешние скоростные характеристики не совпадают с внешними скоростными характеристиками конкретных моделей двигателей, полученных экспериментальным путем. Приведена методика расчета и построения внешней скоростной характеристики двигателя внутреннего сгорания с учетом значений коэффициентов приспособляемости по моменту и по угловой скорости. Внешняя скоростная характеристика представлена параболой, которую можно легко аппроксимировать по двум точкам, одна из которых является экстремумом. Использование предлагаемой методики позволит аппроксимировать внешнюю скоростную характеристику как известных двигателей, так и на стадии расчета проектируемого двигателя. Предлагаемая методика позволяет аппроксимировать скоростные характеристики дизеля и бензинового двигателя с достаточно высокой точностью. Она является более универсальной и точной по сравнению с методиками, используемыми в настоящее время.

Analysis of the known methods of calculating the speed characteristics of the external combustion reported in the literature has shown that, as a rule, the estimated external speed characteristics do not coincide with the external high-speed characteristics of specific models of motors produced experimentally. The methodology of calculation and construction of external high-speed characteristics of the internal combustion engine based on the values of the coefficients adaptability torque and angular velocity has been proposed. Using the method proposed one can approximate the full load curve, both of known the engines and of the engines at the stage of their calculation and design. The method proposed makes it possible to approximate the performance characteristics of diesel and gasoline engines with high accuracy. It is more accurate and versatile, if compared to the methods currently used.
