Abstract

The article analyses some factors of influencing the specific development of adult education in the modern knowledge society. The author emphasizes the unique character of adult education affected by perpetual changes in social context. The work covers problems of motivation of grown up people, as will as problems re-evolution of social roles both of a teacher and a grown-up student. The article is designed for all those who arrange adult education, for university lecturers and for writers of teaching aids composed for this particular category of students.

В статье рассматриваются некоторые факторы, влияющие на специфику развития образования взрослых в период становления информационного общества. Автор акцентирует внимание на феномене обучения взрослых, обусловленном непрерывными изменениями социального контекста. В работе нашли отражение проблемы мотивации обучения взрослых, переосмысления социальных ролей обучающегося и преподавателя. Статья адресована организаторам обучения взрослых, преподавателям высшей школы, авторам-разработчикам учебно-методических материалов для этой категории обучающихся.
