Социально-педагогические условия карьерного роста преподавателя системы повышения квалификации

Abstract

В основу нашего исследования легла классификация карьеры педагога Р. Шерайзиной и М.В. Александровой, в которой выделяют социальную, квалификационную, должностную. В отличие от их классификации, в профессиональной карьере преподавателя системы повышения квалификации мы выделили социальную и профессиональную карьеры. В профессиональную карьеру включили квалификационную, должностную и научную. В результате исследования в профессиональную карьеру преподавателя системы повышения квалификации, в отличие от профессиональной карьеры педагога, помимо социальной, квалификационной и должностной мы выделили и научную карьеру.

The study is based upon the teacher career classification by R. Sherayzina and M.V. Aleksandrova, in which there is social, qualification and occupational position careers are distinguished. Unlike their classification in the professional career of the advanced training teacher the author distinguishes social and vocational careers. The vocational career includes qualification, occupational position and academic. So, unlike the teacher’s vocational career, the advanced training teacher’s one besides social, qualification and positional includes the academic career.
