Технологические условия развития профессиональной компетентности педагогов

Abstract

The paper defines technological conditions for development of professional competence among teachers of secondary professional education academic organizations. Characteristics are given to: theoretical and teaching basis of the college activity in organization of applying IT-technologies in students' professional training, conditions of the development of the teachers` professional competence for using IT -technologies in the college students' professional training and organization of the students participation in developing computer means of studying. Structural and functioning model of development and using of the college informatization is given.

В статье определяются технологические условия развития профессиональной компетентности педагогов учреждения среднего профессионального образования. Охарактеризованы теоретико-педагогические основы деятельности колледжа по организации применения IT-технологий в профессиональной подготовке студентов, условия развития профессиональной компетентности педагогов к использованию IT-технологий и условия участия студентов в разработке компьютерных средств учебного назначения. Обоснована разработка и реализация структурно-функциональной модели информатизации колледжа.
