Субъект-субъектное взаимодействие в профессиональном образовании: некоторые аспекты

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of realization of subject-subject interaction in vocational training. The author analyses psychological and sociological points of view on the problem of students subjectivity, described by other explores. The author expresses the professional pedagogical opinion on the phenomenon of subject-subject interaction, realized during contemporary vocational training: 1. Subject-subject interaction in the system «educator student» may include in the conditions of skills-oriented educational programs realization: student’s individual differences exploration, reflection, personal and professional improvement oriented trajectories pedagogical design. 2. Educational trajectories design is to be organized in multidimensional system of educational programs, realized in educational organization. Therefore subject-subject interaction must be non-stop. 3. The character and content of subject-subject interaction are to correspond to: a) educational programs logic and stages of their mastering; b) the structure of design activities. The author offers some tools, helping to realize subject-subject interaction during educational process in educational organizations. They are: a) corporate informational milieu as an integration of educational organization, employers, and Job Placement Service’s resources; b) multilevel navigation (stage of professional sphere, stage of multidimensional educational system, stage of educational program / educational discipline); c) professional pedagogical support. The author describes some functions of navigators which were actualized during experimental work.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению возможных подходов к решению проблемы реализации субъект-субъектного взаимодействия в профессиональном образовании. Анализируются результаты рассмотрения проблемы субъектности студентов с позиций психологии и социологии, полученные другими исследователями. Автор высказывает свою точку зрения на субъект-субъектное взаимодействие в современном компетентностно-ориентированном образовательном процессе. Предлагается комплекс средств, способствующих осуществлению субъект-субъектного взаимодействия: а) корпоративная информационная среда, как интеграция ресурсов образовательной организации, работодателей и службы занятости; б) многоуровневая навигация (в области профессиональной деятельности; в многоуровневой системе образования; на уровне образовательной программы/учебной дисциплины (учебного модуля); в) профессиональнопедагогическое сопровождение.
