Динамика результатов правового просвещения обучающихся

Abstract

The subject of this article is to study the dynamics of the results of legal education of students. The author reveals the notion of «legal education», «the dynamics of the results of legal education», the features of legal education, studied and described changes in the status of legal culture among students under the influence of legal education. It was revealed that on the results of the legal education in educational institutions is affected by the following pedagogical conditions: implementation of the programmed of legal education, involvement of public resources, the choice of effective forms and methods of legal education. Dynamics of results of legal education was monitored through the definition of the levels of formation of legal culture. Diagnosis is made through the analysis of statistical data obtained during the experiment, according to three criteria: legal literacy, legal position, legal guidelines. The results of the experiment confirmed the assumption that legal education facilitates the increase of level of legal culture among students.

Предметом настоящей статьи является изучение динамики результатов правового просвещения обучающихся. Автором раскрываются понятия «правовое просвещение», «динамика результатов правового просвещения», определены особенности правового просвещения, изучены и описаны изменения состояния правовой культуры обучающихся под влиянием правового просвещения. Выявлено, что на результаты правового просвещения в образовательном учреждении влияют следующие педагогические условия: реализация программы правового просвещения, привлечение общественных ресурсов, выбор эффективных форм и методов правового просвещения. Диагностика проводилась посредством анализа статистических данных, полученных в ходе эксперимента, по трем критериям: правовая грамотность, правовая позиция, правовые установки. Результаты эксперимента подтвердили предположение о том, что правовое просвещение способствует повышению уровня правовой культуры обучающихся.
