Abstract

The article deals with the organization of continuous additional education of children and youth in arts area in higher education. In a situation of transition from education of knowledge to development one dramatically increases the value of individualization of learning. Particularly acute this problem is with regard to the field of art, since the establishment of the master an individual process. According to the author, "creative universities" should not just be engaged in additional education of children and adolescents, but create a system of continuous further education, covering all age groups from preschoolers to senior students. High school forms the trajectory of the development of the system, provides individualization of learning and successful socialization of its graduates.
