Формирование профессионального интереса у будущих педагогов-организаторов при прохождении педагогической практики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные функции педагогического сопровождения формирования организаторской компетентности студентов. Представлено разнообразие форм, методов и условий формирования профессионального интереса будущих педагогов. Содержание статьи раскрывает систему формирования теоретической и практической готовности у студентов педагогического колледжа.

There are main functions of pedagogic accompaniment of formation of the organizational competence of students in this article. Great variety of forms, methods and conditions of forming future pedagogues professional interest. The article content reveals the system of formation of theoretical and practical readiness of teachers training college students.
