Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы дополнительного профессионального образования педагогов в аспекте парадигмальной ориентации на образование в течение всей жизни. Ставятся вопросы сравнительного изучения модернизационных и трансформационных процессов в сфере непрерывного педагогического образования, которое должно стать основой для разработки эффективных механизмов ускорения трансформации дополнительного профессионального образования педагогов.

The article presents vital issues of additional professional education of teachers in terms of paradigmatic orientation towards lifelong education. The article addresses ques-tions of comparative study of modernization processes in continuous pedagogical education domain, which should become a basis for tailoring effective mechanisms for accelerating the transformation of additional professional education of teachers.
