Abstract

Preparing teachers to continuous self-development, according to the author, should begin as early as high school with the immersion of future teachers in vocational and dynamic system of self-development of teachers, which is organized through pedagogical interaction with teachers, practitioners, introspection, self-regulation, support and promotion of professional self-development. These issues described in this article.
