Natural and physico-chemical properties of soils on slope lands and their influence on display of erosive processes are considered. The author reveals degree and character of communication between soil was hout and natural conditions and also between soil washout and physico-chemical properties of the soil. It is determined that soil washout depends on elements of relief and the basic physical and chemical properties of the soil. The received results can be used for drawing up forecasts on washout of soils on slopes sites.
