Автором предлагаются к рассмотрению введение в контекст дополнительного профессиональ-ного образования эффективных механизмов гармонизации личности, влияющих на изменение уровня мотивации специалиста, развития ключевых компетенций, профессионализма, эмоционального ин-теллекта

The author suggests to introduce into the system of additional professional training the effective mechanisms of personality harmonization affecting the alteration of specialist’s motivation, development of key competences, professionalism, and emotional intellect.
