Abstract

В статье представлена системная деятельность образовательного учреждения в области развития кадрового потенциала создание инновационной системной структуры службы поддержки педагога-воспитателя на основе идей гуманистической психологии и педагогики. Исследования проведены в «Специальной (коррекционной) школе-интернате № 22» (Республика Карелия, г. Петрозаводск). Автором при создании службы использованы идеи педагогической поддержки с учетом принципов менеджмента качества в соответствии с требованиями, изложенными в международном стандарте

ISO 9000:2005.The experience and lines of activity of the Petrozavodsk state educational institution of the Republic of Karelia ((Special boarding school № 22» and a system of professional and personal support of the teaching staff are presented in the article.
