Условия формирования готовности будущих учителей начальной школы к инновационной деятельности

Abstract

В статье анализируются критерии готовности педагога начальных классов к инновационной педагогической деятельности, ведущими из которых являются высокий уровень развития творческого потенциала и психологическая готовность к реализации данной деятельности, включает формирование мотивов деятельности, умение выдвигать оригинальные цели и задачи обучения и воспитания; представления о программе деятельности, информационная основа деятельности, и др.

The article analyzes the readiness criteria of primary school teachers to innovative teaching activities, the most important of them are the high level of creativity and psychological readiness for the implementation of these activities, including the formation of incentives, the ability to raise the original goals and objectives of education and training, ideas about the program of activities information-based activities, etc.
