Социально-культурное образование как Гарант комплексного развития регионов России

Abstract

В статье даётся анализ социально-культурного образования, которое понимается как профессиональная подготовка специалистов в сфере культуры и искусств по художественному, культурологическому, библиотечно-информационному, управленческому направлениям. В широком смысле социально-культурное образование включает не только подготовку и переподготовку специалистов в области социально-культурной деятельности, но и просвещение и воспитание людей, формирование их духовно-нравственной культуры, организацию культурного досуга. Автор обосновывает тезис о том, что социально-культурное образование способно результативно решать социально-культурные, этнонациональные, экологические, демографические проблемы регионов, а также успешно влиять на их экономическое развитие. При этом выделяются следующие направления: сохранение историко-культурной самобытности территории; организация художественной жизни региона и обеспечение художественного развития личности; сохранение самобытных национальных культур этнических групп и духовно-нравственное возрождение региона; предоставление населению широкого набора культурных услуг; организация рекреативно-развлекательного и интеллектуального досуга, интеллектуально-просветительская деятельность. Особо подчёркивается миссия вузов культуры и искусств в обеспечении качественного социально-культурного образования, способного обеспечить динамическое развитие регионов России.

In article the analysis of welfare formation as special vocational training of experts in sphere of culture and arts in art, cultural urological, bibliotechno-information, administrative directions is given. In a broad sense welfare formation includes not only preparation and retraining of experts in the field of welfare activity, but also education and education of people, formation of their spiritually-moral culture, the organisation of cultural leisure. The author proves the thesis that welfare formation is capable to solve productively welfare, ethnonational, ecological, demographic problems of regions, and also successfully to influence their economic development. Following directions are thus allocated: preservation of historical and cultural originality of territory; the organisation of art life of region and maintenance of art development of the person; Preservation of original national cultures of ethnic groups and spiritually-moral revival region; granting to the population of a wide set of cultural services; the organisation of rekreativno-entertaining and intellectual leisure, is intellectual-educational activity. It is especially underlined mission of high schools of culture and arts in maintenance of the qualitative welfare formation, capable to provide dynamic development of regions of Russia.
