Види права землекористування

Abstract

У статті розкрито особливості видів права землекористування в Україні. Зокрема, проаналізовано право постійного землекористування; охарактеризовано порядок надання земельних ділянок у постійне користування юридичним особам; розглянуто основні аспекти орендного землекористування.

The peculiarities of types of land use rights in Ukraine are considered. In particular, the right of permanent land use is analyzed; the procedure of granting of lands in permanent use by the legal persons is described; the main aspects of leased land use are described.
