
В статье проведен статистический анализ состояния и перспектив развития российского рынка мяса и мясопродуктов в условиях неустойчивой внешней среды. Охарактеризована роль производства мяса в контексте продовольственной безопасности России, систематизированы основные направления обеспечения продовольственной безопасности в области мяса и мясопродуктов. Выполнено построение сезонной модели Бокса-Дженкинса на основании динамики производства мяса в России, на основе полученной модели рассчитаны краткосрочные прогнозы объемов производства мяса.
Article features statistical analysis of current state and prospects of meat and meat products market in Russia in the conditions of unstable environment. The role of meat production in the context of food security in Russia is characterized, the basic guidelines for ensuring food security in the field of meat and meat products are systematized. According to the dynamics of meat production in Russia, Box-Jenkins seasonal model was constructed. Shortterm forecasts of meat production were calculated on the base of the model.
