Возможности добровольческой деятельности в формировании профессиональных ценностей будущих социальных работников

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу роли волонтерской деятельности студентов специальности «социальная работа» в формировании у них одного из уровней профессиональных ценностей личностно-профессиональных ценностей. Показано, что последние сопрягаются с ядром ценностно-мотива-ционной сферы личности социального работника, которая и проявляется в волонтерской деятельности, и формируется в ней.

The article is devoted to the role analysis of voluntary activity of social work specialty students in formation of one of levels of professional values: personal-professional values. It is shown that the last are in touch with the core of value-motive sphere of personality of social worker which can be revealed in voluntary activity and formed there.
