Особенности психологической структуры учебной деятельности с учетом гендерно-половых характеристик курсантов военных вузов

Abstract

Проблема успешности учебной деятельности по-прежнему остается одной из актуальных проблем педагогической психологии. Среди критериев успешности выделяют: успеваемость, активность, темп, напряженность, индивидуальное своеобразие учебной работы, степень прилежания, систематичность, соотношение ориентировочных и исполнительских действий, рациональных и нерациональных приемов работы, самостоятельность, творчество и т.д. В рамках системогенетической концепции успешность учебной деятельности определяется двумя показателями – результативным (академическая успеваемость) и структурным (сформированность психологической структуры учебной деятельности). В статье приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования по выявлению структурного показателя успешности учебной деятельности и связанной с ним качественной специфики психологической структуры учебной деятельности курсантов с различными гендерно-половыми характеристиками. Проведенное исследование дополняет основные положения системогенетической концепции учебной деятельности применительно к обучению курсантов в военном вузе и способствует ее дальнейшему развитию.

Problem success of educational activity still remains one of the topical problems pedagogical psychology. Among the criteria of success is isolated: achievement, activity, tempo tensions, individuality of educational work, the degree of diligence, regularity ratio indicative and performing acts of rational and irrational methods of work, independence, creativity, etc. As part of system-genetic concept of successful educational activity is determined by two parameters – performance (academic achievement) and structural (formalness psychological structure learning activities). The results of empirical research on revealing of structural indicators of success of learning activities and the related qualitative specificity of the psychological structure of learning activities cadets of with different gender and sex characteristics are given in the article. The conducted research supplements basic provisions of system-genetic concept of educational activity in relation to training of cadets in military higher education institution and promotes its further development.
