
The phenomenon of "social and personal competence of students" is presented in the article, its definition is given and the structure of model of its formation is presented. The technologies promoting its formation at university students are especially allocated. The emphasis is placed on a situational role-playing game as the most effective technology directed on formation of students’ social and personal competence; the algorithm of this technology application presented by eleven elements is developed.
В статье представлен феномен «социально-личностной компетентности студентов», дано ее определение и представлена структура модели ее формирования. Особо выделены технологии, способствующие ее формированию у студентов вузов. Акцент сделан на ситуационно-ролевой игре как наиболее эффективной технологии, направленной на формирование социально-личностной компетентности студентов, разработан алгоритм применения данной технологии, который представлен одиннадцатью элементами.
