Педагогическое прогнозирование инноваций в управлении дополнительным образованием детей и взрослых сверхкрупного города

Abstract

На основе анализа современного состояния дополнительного образования раскрыты инновационные тенденции в его развитии. Установлено, что существующий опыт проектного прогнозирования в управ-лении дополнительным образованием базируется на частичном использовании методологического ин-струментария педагогического прогнозирования и нахождения действенных путей преобразования управления развитием системы образования. Раскрыта сущность понятия «педагогическое прогнозиро-вание», представлена классификация методов, определены структурные этапы и внутренние операции педагогического прогноза. Выявлена специфика реализации идей педагогического прогнозирования инноваций в управлении дополнительным образованием детей и взрослых сверхкрупного города как территориальной системы. Педагогическая антиципация представлена как алгоритм управленческих действий по рыночному предвосхищению прогнозируемого развития образовательной среды.

Based on the analysis of the current state of education revealed additional innovative trends in its development. It is established that the existing experience of project forecasting in managing additional education is based on the partial use of the methodological instru-rumentariya teacher forecasting and finding effective ways to transform governance development of the education system. The essence of the concept of "pedagogical forecasting", classification methods, determine the structural phases and the internal operations of the pedagogical-term fore-cast. The specific character of the pedagogical ideas of forecasting innovation in managing the additional educa-tion of children and adults having massive city as a territorial system. Educational anticipation is presented as an algorithm of management actions at the market anticipating the projected development of the educational envi-ronment.
