In the article realization of innovative technologies of pedagogical diagnostics is considered as a factor of maintenance of training quality of the officer staff. On the basis of the analysis of the theory and practice of training of the officer staff the basic contradictions, the purposes, conditions and laws of carrying out of pedagogical diagnostics in educational process of military high school are allocated.

В статье реализация инновационных технологий педагогической диагностики рассматривается как фактор обеспечения качества подготовки офицерских кадров. На основе анализа теории и практики подготовки офицерских кадров выделены основные противоречия, цели, условия и закономерности проведения педагогической диагностики в образовательном процессе военного вуза.
