Abstract

The educational and training center "Medical detachment of special destination" (further ETC MDSD VSMU) is out-of-staff unit of educational institution (EI) "VSMU" replenished from the number of professors and tutors staff, postgraduate students, clinical residents, students of the University, physicians and nursing medical personnel of EI "VSMU" clinical hospital and support subdivisions of the University. ETC MDSD VSMU is intended for providing of medical care to the military staff and civilians in the field and stationary conditions in urgent situations of piece and war time, and special training of teaching staff and other employees of the University as well as the students of the University on military medicine and medicine of disasters, and retraining of the personnel of the institutions of Ministry of public health service, Ministry of defense, Ministry of urgent situations to perform their work at the conditions of extreme situations of piece and war time.

Учебно-тренировочный центр «Медицинский отряд специального назначения Витебского государственного медицинского университета» (далее УТЦ МОСН ВГМУ) является нештатным формированием УО «ВГМУ», комплектуемым из числа профессорско-преподавательского состава, аспирантов, ординаторов, студентов университета, врачей и среднего медицинского персонала клиники УО «ВГМУ» и подразделений обеспечения университета. УТЦ МОСН ВГМУ предназначен для оказания медицинской помощи военнослужащим и населению в стационарных и полевых условиях в чрезвычайных ситуациях мирного и военного времени, специальной подготовки профессорско-преподавательского состава и сотрудников университета по военной медицине и медицине катастроф, а также подготовки студентов университета и переподготовки кадров учреждений Министерства здравоохранения, Министерства обороны, Министерства чрезвычайных ситуаций к работе в условиях экстремальных ситуаций военного и мирного времени.
