Abstract

В статье освещены основные направления внутривузовского непрерывного обучения преподавателей Белгородского государственного института искусств и культуры, обозначены некоторые проблемы и пути их решения в подготовке научно-педагогических кадров, рассматриваются актуальные направления диссертационных исследований.

The article deals with the main aspects of internal continuous training of the teaching staff at Belgorod State Institute of Culture and Arts, emphasizes some problems and ways of their solving in the sphere of academic and research staff training, designates actual aspects of dissertation research.
