Формирование кадрового состава Тюменского пединститута в 30-е годы XX века

Abstract

The article attempts to analyze the staff policy of Tyumen Pedagogical Institute during the first decade of its work. This investigation is based on archival sources and includes the main characteristics of different categories of pedagogical, administrative and technical institute staff. It also shows specific features of labour remuneration in Tyumen State Pedagogical Institute.

В данной работе на основе архивных документов предпринимается попытка охарактеризовать кадровое обеспечение Тюменского государственного педагогического института в первое десятилетие его работы. Статья содержит анализ состава разных категорий сотрудников, а также характеристику системы оплаты труда педагогического и вспомогательного персонала вуза.
