Abstract

The problem of the quality of a would-be teacher’s professional training under the conditions of modern educational paradigm is considered. The specific character of a teacher’s instruction activity requires a teacher to be well-read in the scientific fundamentals of his / her profession and to be a master in methodological culture. The effective training of a would-be teacher should provide his / her scientific and theoretical knowledge, formation of his/her pedagogical attitudes, stipulation of awareness of the essential regularities of teaching and a studying process as well as the scientific grounds of pedagogical activity organization.

Рассматривается проблема качества профессиональной подготовки будущего преподавателя. Специфика педагогической деятельности требует от преподавателя гибкой ориентации в научных основах профессии, владения методологической культурой. Результатом обучения будущего преподавателя должно стать обеспечение научно-теоретической подготовки будущего специалиста, формирование его педагогических взглядов, стимулирование процесса осознания им сущности закономерностей обучения и воспитания, научных основ организации педагогической деятельности.
