Abstract

The concept of social professional mobility of military experts is revealed. It is allocated as a component of professional mobility of military experts along with personal professional mobility. On the basis of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and the conducted research the maintenance of four components of social professional mobility of military experts is submitted. The attention to the cognitive component reflecting the level of special knowledge of official mission and also on psychology, pedagogics, the labor legislation, departmental legal base, and need of its formation during training in military higher education institution is paid. It is defined by security of access to information resources, formation of abilities quickly to receive, effectively to process and analyze information. Development of the socio-cultural component which is expressed in knowledge and acceptance of corporate culture of Armed Forces, forming of the professional activity in the multinational environment taking into account understanding of features of different cultures is staticized. The communicative component is expressed in ability of the military expert to come into social contacts in professional activity. The role of an adaptive component is in readiness for change of duty stations is emphasized at preservation or change of official capacity. Substantial filling of structure of social professional mobility of military experts is necessary when developing an educational program for cadets of military higher education institutions since promotes improvement of quality of preparation of officer shots for Armed Forces.

Раскрыто понятие социальной профессиональной мобильности военных специалистов. Она выделена как компонент профессиональной мобильности военных специалистов наряду с личностной профессиональной мобильностью. На основе анализа психолого-педагогической литературы и проведенного исследования представлено содержание четырех компонентов социальной профессиональной мобильности военных специалистов. Когнитивный компонент, отражающий уровень специальных знаний по должностному предназначению, а также по психологии, педагогике, трудовому законодательству, ведомственной правовой базе, и необходимость его формирования в период обучения в военном вузе. Подчеркнуто, что он определяется обеспеченностью доступа к информационным ресурсам, сформированностью умений оперативно получать, эффективно обрабатывать и анализировать информацию. Актуализировано развитие социокультурного компонента, выражающегося в знании и принятии корпоративной культуры Вооруженных сил, выстраивании своей профессиональной деятельности в многонациональной среде с учетом понимания особенностей разных культур. Коммуникативный компонент выражается в умении военного специалиста устанавливать социальные контакты в профессиональной деятельности. Подчеркнута роль адаптивного компонента готовности к смене мест службы при сохранении или изменении должностного положения. Содержательное наполнение структуры социальной профессиональной мобильности военных специалистов необходимо при разработке образовательной программы для курсантов военных вузов, т. к. способствует повышению качества подготовки офицерских кадров для Вооруженных сил.
