Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of advanced training courses for teachers of children's music schools (children's art schools) as a means to overcome professional deskilling of music teachers. The author suggests to include detailed psychological and musical performance components in the advanced training courses, as well as individual psychological testing of music teachers in order to identify the vulnerabilities of their professional activities.
