Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность понятия «профессиональное самоопределение». Педагогическое сопровождение профессионального самоопределения учащейся молодёжи рассматривается как особая сфера деятельности педагога, ориентированная на взаимодействие с обучающимися по оказанию им поддержки в становлении личностного роста и принятии решения об избираемой профессиональной деятельности. На это и ориентирована разработанная авторами настоящей статьи и успешно реализуемая в ФГБОУ ВПО «Пензенский государственный технологический университет» (ПензГТУ) программа «Педагогическое сопровождение профессионального самоопределения учащейся молодёжи в условиях технического вуза как многоуровневого образовательного комплекса». Данная программа разработана с учётом специфики ПензГТУ как многоуровневого образовательного комплекса, включающего в себя уровни среднего (СПО) и высшего (ВПО) профессионального образования.

The article reveals the essence of the concept «professional self-determination». Pedagogical support of professional self-determination is seen as a special sphere of a teacher activity aimed at the interaction with students to support them in the personal growth development and decision-making on the elected professional activities. The program «Pedagogical support of professional self-determination of students under conditions of a technical university as a multi-level educational complex» created by the authors of this article and successfully implemented in Penza State Technological University is aimed at it. This program is designed taking into account that PenzSTU is a multi-level educational complex that includes secondary vocational education (SVE) and higher vocational education (HVE) levels.
