Развитие профессионально значимых личностных качеств у будущих психологов службы специального реагирования

Abstract

The article presents psychological structure of motivational professional and personal qualities of future psychologists of special squads. The authors underline special features of university education of students that is oriented on the special humanistic construction of the educational process that leads to the self-actualization and professional self-realization of personality of future psychologists.

Предлагается авторская психологическая структура мотивационных профессионально-личностных основ будущих психологов специального реагирования. Подчеркивается специфика вузовского обучения студентов, ориентированная на особое гуманистическое построение образовательного процесса, способствующая самоактуализации и профессиональной самореализации личности будущих психологов.
